SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Saturation)

An estimate of the percentage of hemoglobin in the blood carrying oxygen, measured non-invasively with a pulse oximeter. Healthy adults typically read 95–100% at sea level.

A trend against your own baseline is more informative than a single reading — chronic lung disease can shift a person's normal baseline lower without indicating an acute problem.
